Water Regulations Guide - special members price
On 1st July 1999 each of the Water Suppliers in England and Wales ceased to enforce their own Water Byelaws and instead began enforcing the new Regulations of the Secretaries of State of England and Wales - or the 'Regulator' as referred to in the Regulations. The three Water Authorities in Scotland commenced enforcing new Byelaws on 4th April 2000 and these, for the most part, mirror the Regulations for England and Wales. The Department of the Environment in Northern Ireland intends to review its Regulations in due course and it is likely that they will also mirror the Regulations in England and Wales.
